Our Condominium community has immediate openings for full time Assistant Maintenance Technician and Ground Keeper positions. We are looking for long-term employees who pay attention to details and have proactive attitudes towards getting things done.
Assistant Maintenance Technician:
The technician is responsible for performing minor repairs, such as downspouts, fence, concrete, asphalt, paint touchups, Exterior lighting and preventive maintenance on equipment and other related property projects. Carpentry experience is a plus. Must be able to work on flat roofs.
Grounds Keeper:
Responsible for helping to maintain the property in an attractive and appealing condition. Assists in trash pickup in the common areas and perform minor maintenance repairs when necessary and as requested. blowing and bagging leaves from flat roofs . exterior building entryway cleanup, Completing the daily tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Background check as well as drug test will be performed.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
Reliable transportation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Strong verbal communication skills.
