USA Direct Auto is looking for a motivated and dependable Porter / Car Washer to join our dealership team. This position plays a key role in keeping our vehicles clean, organized, and customer-ready. This role is paid on a flag-rate system, which means your pay is based on the jobs you complete—not just the hours you’re on the clock.

Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Movement & Organization:
Move and park vehicles on the lot and in service areas
Ensure vehicles are properly arranged and accounted for
Drive vehicles for pickup, delivery, or transfers as needed
Fuel vehicles and prepare them for test drives or delivery
Vehicle Washing & Detailing:
Wash, vacuum, and clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all dealership vehicles
Report any damage or required maintenance
Customer Support:
Greet and assist customers courteously
Escort customers to their vehicles or waiting areas
Offer shuttle service or transport if requested
Lot & Facility Maintenance:
Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris
Maintain showroom and exterior appearance
Assist in setting up promotional displays when necessary
Team Support:
Support service and sales teams by staging vehicles or prepping for customer delivery
Deliver and retrieve vehicles for service appointments
Help with dealership events or special deliveries as needed
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong attention to detail
Good physical condition (able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Work Environment:
Primarily outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions
