Collections Agent – Full Time (Houston, TX)

Location: North Houston Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
We’re hiring a Full-Time Collections Agent to join our finance team.
Job Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to verify customer insurance coverage
Conduct courtesy calls for past-due payments
Assist with Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) claims
Perform data entry and provide customer service
Collaborate with our finance and loan servicing teams
Qualifications
Spanish is a plus
Experience with a car dealership, finance company, or insurance is highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
