Seeking a recent graduate or early career candidate looking for career growth and stability. The desired candidate will have excellent math skills, previous estimating experience, and ideally have prior industry experience with Residential and Commercial Construction. This position works directly with the design and fabrication team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read blueprints for custom projects.
- Gather project proposals and necessary documentation.
- Creating accurate bids for customers.
- Ability to communicate and gather labor, time and material requirements.
- Train and report directly to the Chief Estimator.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient math skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors Degree in construction science (or related field) is preferred.
- Must be able to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Previous estimating experience required.
