Construction Manager & Estimator (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Construction Manager and Estimator to help manage job sites, provide project estimates, take measurements and photos, and ensure projects run smoothly. Basic construction knowledge is required, and trade school education is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Visit job sites to measure and take photos
Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
Communicate with clients and workers to keep projects on track
Ensure work is completed safely and on time
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of construction work
Experience in construction management or estimating (preferred)
Trade school education (a plus)
Ability to take accurate measurements and photos
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation to visit job sites
Must have transportation and tools.
Compensation:
Flat fee for each estimates and pre-construction meetings
Hourly rate for other work tasks
