Looking for COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE for a Dry Cleaning Store in Houston

Monday to Friday 2-6:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greet customers promptly and politely, address inquiries, and ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
Receive and sort garments from customers, inspect for damage, tag items and provide accurate receipts.
Locate and retrieve customer orders ensuring accuracy in matching order tickets and actual items.
Process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure the accuracy of the register at the end of the sift.
Open/close store depending on the shift.
Keep the store and the counter area clean, organized and presentable.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions or any new services being offered.
Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Professional and friendly customer service attitude.
Organized and detail-oriented mind-set.
Basic keyboard and computer skills.
Willingness to work on their feet during the entire shift and lift up to 20lb bags.
Prior experience working in a dry-cleaning store is a PLUS (not required)
Spanish language skills are a PLUS (not required)
