Job Overview:
Allied Powder Coating is looking for a dependable Customer Service & Social Media Representative to
manage our social media, handle customer reviews, and provide office support. This role involves
answering phone calls, scheduling estimate appointments, making follow-up calls, and working with our
CRM system. You will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Respond to customer reviews on social media and Google
Answer phone calls and provide customer support
Schedule estimate appointments for potential customers
Make follow-up calls as needed
Use CRM software to manage customer information and sales interactions
Perform general office tasks and administrative support
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Experience with social media platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Pay:
Hourly, based on experience
