Day Porter- SEVERAL POSITIONS OPEN $12 per hour start out Full and Part Time available. Should be able to work independently to maintain cleanliness of assigned properties. (For example, but not limited to changing trash liners, wiping down lids and benches, sweeping fire lanes and sidewalks, watering plants, washing windows, cleaning vacancies, and report damage or onsite issues immediately to supervisor.) Other tasks maybe assigned as needed. 40 plus hours per week available. (With exception to weekend only position.) Weekend only positions available. Company truck will be provided. MUST HAVE VALID TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE. Ability to pull a dump trailer a bonus! Minimum age requirement of 20yrs old. Good driving record and Reasonable Background.
