What You’ll Do:
✅ Prep and apply powder coating for a smooth, high-quality finish
✅ Operate spray guns and follow coating techniques (we’ll train you!)
✅ Inspect finished products to make sure they meet our high standards
✅ Work as a team to keep production flowing
✅ Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred but not required
Some experience with painting or powder coating? If not, we’ll teach you.
Someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work
A team player who brings a positive attitude every day
