Looking for entry level hire for the following duties for small company:
1. Vehicle maintenance - cleaning, detailing, maintaining company vehicles.
2. Exterior Yard/Grounds Maintenance - Mowing, trimming bushes, weed wacking, trash pickup, sweeping, etc.
Cleaning inclusive of some pressure washing.
3. Building Maintenance - Cleaning, washing, trash removal, misc painting, repairs.
4. Shop helper - Hand Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials. Stocking materials.
Pulling materials for customers. Organizing materials. Helping shop people prepare materials/orders.
Heavy Lifting is required.
5. Occasional delivery of orders. Must have clean regular driver's license.
Any Construction experience is a plus. Same for hand and power tool usage. Forklift driving a plus.
Occasional travel may be required.
Must have reliable transportation for back and forth to work.
Work is in the Pinehurst Area, Between Tomball and Magnolia.
Prefer someone who is more local and not having to travel long distance to work.
Background check will be required.
Occasional drug testing will be required.
Starting pay based on experience and abilities.
Immediate start.
Work week is normal Monday thru Friday. Time over 40 is at reg time and a half.
Time goes in Monday morning from previous week and checks are cut every Friday thereafter.
Probationary period for 90 days. Then to permanent status. Permanent status brings paid holidays
and 1 week vacation after 1 year employment.
Some Saturday and maybe some overtime night work may be required from time to time.
