A growing logistics operation based in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic to maintain and service our internal fleet.
The current fleet includes:
5 Freightliner Cascadia day cab semi-trucks (with more trucks to be added soon)
1 Yard Switcher (Yard Mule)
9 Forklifts
✅ Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks, yard equipment, and forklifts
Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner
Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards
Respond to urgent repairs and breakdowns
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
