Responsabilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers and resolve inquiries related to our vehicle camera systems.
2. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot camera systems on various types of vehicles.
3. Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs when needed.
4. Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately.
Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and vehicle mechanics.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. A valid driver's license is required.
5. Previous experience in technical support, vehicle camera or car audio system installation is preferred.
