Houston based construction company looking for a Honest, hard working Foreman for Civil Construction.
Requirements: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish), must have a Valid driver's License in Texas, experience leading a crew, responsible, dependable, team player, must be able to read and write English, able to work Mon- Saturdays. ABLE to arrive at work earlier before crews daily. Have knowledge of asphalt, setting forms, order materials, place and finish concrete, use of construction equipment. The work is for streets, sidewalks and driveways and asphalt speed bumps construction. Be able to read blueprints a plus, and keep crew's time and obtain quantities for the projects.
Capataz - Se busca persona Honesta, trabajadora, que pueda llegar a trabajar temprano; con conocimiento de Asfalto, formas, concreto, calles, banquetas, y saber leer planos mejor. Debe de poder trabajar y supervisar equipo de trabajo. Esta posicion es para alguien que quiera trabajar y ser un lider del equipo.
Debe de poder comunicarse algo en ingles (leer y escribir), ser consiente de la seguridad, conocimiento de erramientas y su manejo. Responsable y poder llegar temprano todos los dias, verificar que el equipo y herramientas, supervisar al equipo, diriguir y dar responsabilidades a los trabajadores, ser responsable por la Seguridad, calidad del trabajo, poder ordenar materials, calcular las horas del tiempo semanalmente, y tener liciencia VALIDAD en Texas.
