Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner. This role involves printing shipping labels, packing orders, and coordinating pickups with mail carriers. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Print and organize shipping labels for daily orders.
Accurately pack customer orders, ensuring products are securely and attractively packaged.
Coordinate with mail carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor inventory levels of packing supplies and notify the team when stock is low.
Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including printing and online systems.
Ability to lift and move packages as needed under 50lb
Schedule:
(10-20 hours total, Feb. 3rd, 4th & 5th)
Compensation: $16-$18 hr
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
