We’re hiring a reliable, organized, and long-term team member to help clean and manage two homes and a small office in the Houston and Stafford area. This job is 4 days per week, with flexible scheduling.
Clean homes and office, run errands, and care for pets for three locations. This job is perfect for someone who works well independently, likes variety, and takes pride in keeping things in order.
Where You’ll Work:
Home 1 (Richmond): 2 days/week
Home 2 (Sugar Land): 1 day/week
Office (Stafford): 1/2 day/week
Errands & Tasks: 1/2 day/week
What You’ll Do:
Regular Cleaning (weekly):
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop floors
Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters)
Wipe kitchen counters and appliances
Take out trash
Dust furniture and shelves
Make beds and tidy rooms
Organize and keep things in place
Take trash cans to street
Deep Cleaning (every 2-4 weeks):
Clean baseboards and door frames
Wash windows and mirrors
Clean behind/under furniture
Scrub tile and polish floors
Wipe walls and ceiling corners
Deep clean oven, fridge, microwave
Remove cobwebs and treat mold
Wash dishes and load dishwasher
Restock household supplies
Organize closets and cabinets
Garage cleaning and light repairs
Change light bulbs using step ladder
Errands & Oversight:
Do laundry and fold clothes
Drop off/pick up dry cleaning
Grocery shop and organize food
Get cars washed and serviced
Pick up lunch if needed
Help direct home repair workers
Pet Care (Dogs & Cats):
Feed pets and let dogs out/in
Scoop litter boxes
Bathe and brush dogs
Take pets to groomer
Refill bird feeders
Pet sit or walk dogs sometimes
Requirements:
Work independently and be organized
Attention to detail
Good with pets (dogs and cats)
Valid driver’s license and reliable car (no bus access)
Do light physical work
Speak English or Spanish
Long-term preferred
Pay & Benefits:
$20/hour, paid weekly
4 days/week
Gas card or mileage reimbursement (or use company car later)
