Job Description:
Proficient in using UPS and FedEx shipping systems.
Will be responsible for receiving, shipping, verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Assist Sales Teams to make quotations, process the orders and basic follow ups
Prepare the documents to assist Sales Teams
Other office related duty
Job Requirement:
Strong Verbal and writing skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong team player
