Not a set schedule, this is a subcontract labor job offer that is always on different days.
Average 3 days a week, average 9-12 hr days
must have own vehicle to drive so that you can pickup stuff sometimes from home Depot or epoxy store. if you pickup material you would get page mileage and time from pickup location to work site.
we service different locations around Houston
we are a small Christian family owned businesses, looking for good values individual with no felonies and no criminal theft record. will do background check. other misdemeanors on case by case basis, just let us know upfront what they are.
Job requires lifting and getting dusty and getting epoxy on your shoes and clothes. old shorts Tennis shoes and tank tops or t shirts fine.
if you show up on time and follow instructions you will get a $1 raise after 90 days. When you are able to do floors on your own the way we teach you we can discuss another pay increase based on a percentage of the business sales, like being a service partner or a sub contractor business that provides installation services for our business. We can discuss this after and if you are successfully installing floors on your own.
no epoxy experience needed but experience in moving, tree trimming, rooding, concrete work or other outdoor labor would be nice to establish your ability to handle heat and hard work and heavy lifting.
we are in nw Houston near tomball so we need someone near us bc every time we hire someone who lives far or south of i10 they eventually stop showing up because of the drive.
