Job Description:
Manage orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL) and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.).
Managing small parcel shipments (<50 lbs), domestic and international; orders and samples; hazardous and nonhazardous.
Includes prepping, packaging, arranging shipping, documentation, communication with involved persons.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, fax, etc.
Communicate with carriers and drivers as needed.
Communicate with Production personnel and Management. Label printing for orders and shipments.
Data entry required.
Create and edit various documents in Word.
Create and edit spreadsheets in Excel
