Responsibilities:
Perform general remodeling and handyman tasks including:
Drywall repair & installation
Painting (interior/exterior)
Light plumbing & electrical
Flooring (laminate, tile, hardwood)
Cabinet and door installation
Trim, baseboards, and finish carpentry
Complete small-to-mid size home repair projects
Maintain a clean and safe work site
Communicate with project managers and clients professionally
Use your own tools some tools may be provided by company
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or general handyman work
Must have your own reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to work independently or with a team
Must be able to read Scope of work
