Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing our team of technicians, building and maintaining customer relationships, sending estimates, and resolving customer-related issues. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our field services and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise field technicians, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide excellent service.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.

- Prepare and send accurate service estimates to customers.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and quality control.

- Coordinate with office staff to schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.

- Provide training and support to technicians, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

-Have little knowledge about HVAC and Plumbing systems

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

- Proficiency in using job management software and other relevant tools.

- Valid driver’s license and vehicle to use (company will provide gas allowance)

- additional certifications in HVAC or plumbing are a plus.
