LAWN CARE CREW LEADER:
IMPORTANT: You MUST have AT LEAST 8 YEARS experience on a professional lawn crew. NOT just mowing your own lawn. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE.

LEAD MAN NEEDED!
Looking for someone with experience leading a crew of 2-4 others to process our 60+ lawn contracts per their agreements. MINIMUM 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Must supervise and motivate crew to do their part efficiently.
Must have experience in lawn care.
Must know how to trim shrubs.
Must know how to weed eat, edge, clean flower beds, and use of zero turn.
Must keep accurate records of services provided.
Ensure proper services provided, per clients service agreement.
Ensure proper use, and maintain lawn care equipment.
Must know how to clean lawn mowers.
Must know how to change oil on the lawn mowers.
Must be able to arrive at our location in Highlands by 6:45 am
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
Must do your share of the work.
Must be able to follow directions, for safety and accuracy.
Must speak English (bi-lingual are welcome to apply) to be able to take and follow directions.
WILL PAY UP TO $18 PER HOUR IF YOU HAVE THE EXPERIENCE.

General Laborers: looking for groundmen for tree crew, experience with chainsaw is a plus.
Must be able to arrive at our location in Highlands by 6:45 am
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
Must do your share of the work.
Must be able to follow directions, for safety and accuracy.
Must speak English to be able to take and follow directions.
Pay starts at $13 per hour, but can increase with level of experience.
