Solder / Assembly Technician
Location: Pearland, TX
Pay: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour (depending on position and experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Mission Staffing of Texas is a family-owned, veteran-operated staffing agency that partners with trusted manufacturers across Houston. We’re currently hiring for two full-time positions with a well-established manufacturer of welding tools and equipment in Pearland, TX.

1️⃣ Solder / Assembly Technician
Pay: $15.00 – $17.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Responsibilities:
Solder and assemble small components for welding products
Follow blueprints and work instructions
Inspect and test parts for quality
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Work closely with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (no exceptions)
Clean background – no offenses ever
Reliable transportation
Prior soldering or assembly experience preferred (or mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn)
2️⃣ General Labor / Warehouse Helper (South Department)
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and organize materials
Assist with production and distribution tasks
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Clean background
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation
