CENTRAL HYDRAULIC SUPPLY is seeking to hire an ambitious technically oriented repair person to help grow our business in the Houston area.
We are looking for applicants with mechanical service experience with construction equipment, utility equipment or auto mechanic.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES of a mobile hydraulic hose mechanic:
⢠Perform on-site machinery inspections, service, assemble and install hydraulic hoses as required for a diverse customer's base such as construction, material handling, rental companies, etc. at customers job site using inventory from service van.
⢠Serve as an in-field representative, identify and communicate solutions to customers.
⢠Make territory growth calls to grow your territory
⢠Maintain a clean service van, inventory as well as care for all tools, machines, and equipment.
⢠Wear PPE and follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Required: at least 1 year of mechanical service experience
⢠Basic knowledge of industrial equipment
⢠Good written & verbal communication
⢠Must have 3-5 years of driving experience, clean driving record and Valid driver's license
⢠Background check and drug testing will be required
Must be willing to:
⢠Work in all types of weather as much of the work can be outdoors
⢠Work on call some week-ends and or evenings/overnight on a rotational basis.
⢠Own tools required
⢠Make territory growth calls to grow your territory
