Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Independent Contractor House & Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to general cleaning, floor care, and sanitation. A strong commitment to customer service is essential as you will be interacting with clients regularly.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and hygienic
Uphold safety standards while using cleaning supplies and equipment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
Residential cleaning or housekeeping management
Commercial cleaning or janitorial services
Custodial experience in hotels or similar environments
Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures
Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products

Perks:
We reimburse up to $30 per week for gas.
Up to 4 times per month after job completion with no issues (Gas Receipt Must Be Submitted)
