Inside Sales Representative to join our Houston team and help us grow our customer base while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails to generate new business and support existing accounts
Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotes tailored to customer needs
Maintain accurate records in CRM software and follow up on leads
Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales or account management experience (plastics, manufacturing, or industrial sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
