Hiring Immediately: Reliable Junk Removal Helper

This is a physical, fast-paced job perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t want to be stuck behind a desk.
About the Job:
You'll be working with a small crew (typically 2-3 people) to help customers clear out unwanted items from their homes, garages, offices, and construction sites. No two days are the same!
Your main tasks will include:
Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, electronics, and general junk onto our truck.
Safely carrying heavy and bulky items with a team.
Providing friendly and professional customer service on-site.
Helping to keep the truck organized and clean.
Occasionally helping at the recycling center/dump to unload.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is reliable, on time, and has a strong work ethic.
Can perform heavy lifting (50-100 lbs consistently with a team).
Has a positive attitude and is a team player.
Is safety-conscious and follows directions.
Takes pride in doing a good job and making customers happy.
Has a valid driver's license (non-CDL is fine).
No prior experience is required! We will train the right person who is willing to learn and work hard.
Details & Pay:
Pay: $15 - $17 per hour + CASH TIPS from happy customers!
Job Type: Full-time/Part time/On Call
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8-12 hour shifts, variable
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
