This position involves primarily weed eating and property maintenance tasks, with occasional other duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in property maintenance and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Details:
- Pay: $100 per day (paid in cash)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

MONTGOMERY TX.
- Responsibilities:
- Operate weed eater and other maintenance equipment effectively.
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as trimming, mowing, and debris removal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance or similar field.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Willingness to take breaks during the hottest part of the day and resume work later.
