I need two to five guys to help with a landscaping project at my house. There will be plenty of digging and leveling off of areas, removing sod and hauling off debris and dirt. There is a lot of clay in the soil and it is very heavy. We will be installing landscaping borders and landscaping weed barrier material, as well as mulch and rock, and planting bushes and other plants. Pay will partially depend on experience. Everyone will start out at $15 an hour, to be upfront with you, but by the end of the first day that can change. If I like your work, that will be bumped up with hourly rate increases, as well as possible bonuses. I am also looking for someone with a pickup truck who is willing to use it for hauling off the dirt and debris. I have a location not too far from the project where we can dump it off or if you have a use for it feel free to take it. This position will be compensated more than fairly for the use of the truck. Future work and bonuses are possible for quality workers.

You must have your own transportation and I only want motivated individuals who care about the quality of their work. If you need money I can pay you for half the day at the end of the first day. Otherwise you will be paid at the end of each week.
