Maintenance Man needed for a 23-unit apartment complex located on the southeast side of Houston (call or email for address). Duties will include but not be limited to: lawn maintenance, daily grounds pick up, minor repairs, pressure washing, exterior painting.
This is a part-time position and compensation will be free rent in a two-bedroom one bathroom unit. Please contact Tidal Property Management if interested.
Must have a vehicle and tools. We provide landscaping tools.
