Duties and Responsibilities: (SE NECESITA MANTENIMIENTO PARA APARTAMENTOS CON EXPERIENCIA)
Routine Maintenance: Daily Tasks
Pick up grounds, Pool cleaning; check levels of Chemicals, Curb Appeal, Check in with the team- ticket runner, help where necessary.
Repairing structural damage, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Equipment - Appliances Repairs: Maintaining machinery and HVAC systems.
Annual Safety- City Inspections: Ensuring buildings and units meet safety standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Implementing measures to prevent future issues.
Emergency Repairs: On call- every other weekend. Availability to be on-call and responsive to after-hour emergencies
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Physical Stamina: Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime. ( Heavy Lifting is required.)
Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards in all tasks.
Safety Equipment: Use of proper equipment to perform tasks and to complete work.
Plumbing- Sewer machine, Jetting
Ticker Runner- Complete work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Minimum three years of hands-on property maintenance experience in the apartment industry
Bilingual - Availability to be on-call and responsive to after-hour emergencies.
HVAC Experience
Pool Chemistry
Driver's License and reliable transportation
