Bran Construction, LLC is hiring an expert-level wood framer for interior remodel projects in Houston, TX. This role requires precision, leadership, and extensive experience in remodel framing for commercial and residential interiors.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced wood framing for interior remodel layouts (walls, soffits, ceilings, door/window openings, fur-outs)
Install blocking/backing for MEP and finish trades
Work directly with project lead to plan sequence of work and maintain schedules
Ensure structural accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of wood framing experience, specializing in remodels
✅ Must have own tools and reliable transportation
✅ Ability to follow layout and direction from project lead
✅ Comfortable working in active remodel environments (commercial/residential)
✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and navigate tight spaces
✅ Professional communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
Multi-family or commercial interior remodel experience
Ability to oversee helpers or small crews
