Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Technician (Body Man) to perform a wide range of bodywork and collision repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive body repair and a passion for delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Perform bodywork and collision repair tasks, including dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
Repair and refinish damaged vehicle surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
Follow repair procedures and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to understand repair requirements and provide updates on progress.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Body Repair Technician (Body Man) with a focus on collision repair.
Proficiency in using bodywork tools, such as welders, grinders, and paint equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
