Role Overview & Requirements
We’re looking for professionals with:
1-2 years of verifiable cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings.
Availability during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (weekends optional based on availability).
Reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
Personal cleaning supplies (eco-friendly options as well).
Ability to pass a background check.
Physical ability to lift 20 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform various cleaning tasks.
Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
A valid driver’s license and must be 21 years or older.
Key Responsibilities
Arriving punctually and meeting client expectations.
Performing a variety of cleaning tasks professionally and efficiently.
Respectfully interacting with clients and exceeding service standards.
Sending updates and photos to management as needed.
Covering various locations in Fort Bend County and Houston (Harris County).
