JOB TITLE: Order Puller
Mobile Temporary Services is assisting our client to locate energized warehouse order pullers to join their team!
This company is based in Houston, Texas and specializes in storage and distribution of perishable food items for large retail customers. Candidates will be working inside of a refrigerated warehouse pulling orders that will be shipped out to the company's customers. The opportunity to grow within a company is available!
TYPE: Temp to Hire
SCHEDULE: 1:30 pm - Finish (workdays rotate)
PAY: $14/hr.
LOCATION: Houston, Texas 77041
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport pallet using a riding electric pallet jack.
Locate the cases in the aisle and bay using the voice pick system.
Pull the cases per the voice order.
Wrap pallet.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A resume that shows experience is needed.
Must be able to withstand warehouse temperature of 30-34 degrees Fahrenheit.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must have at least 1 year of experience with the Riding Electric Pallet Jack (certification not needed).
Ability to pay attention to details.
Able to pass a background check and drug test.

JOB TITLE: Forklift Operator
TYPE: Long Term
LOCATION: Houston, Texas 77053
PAY: $16/hr. - $18/hr.
SCHEDULE: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Processing:
o Review and understand customer orders to determine the items and quantities to be picked
o Utilize order sheets and handheld devices (RF Gun) to locate and confirm the location of products within the warehouse
Picking and Packing:
o Safely and efficiently retrieve products from shelves and racks, or other storage areas using appropriate equipment
o Carefully stack cases on wooden pallets ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit
Accuracy and Quality Control:
o Verify the accuracy of picked items by comparing them to order specifications
o Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality and condition of products meet our company standards
Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries
o Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following established procedures
Inventory Management:
o Keep accurate records of picked items and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors
o Assist in periodic physical inventory counts as needed
Team Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
One year related experience and/or training working as unloader and loader of trucks.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Familiarity with Warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate material handling equipment (if necessary).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
