DistribuTech Media Solutions currently has a career opportunity for a Part-Time Field Coordinator in our Houston, TX market. DistribuTech Media Solutions has been a trusted resource in providing local community information for more than 30 years.
The DistribuTech Media Solutions footprint encompasses 6,000 total retail locations in over 50 markets nationwide. We maintain display rack programs, many of which are on an exclusive basis with several large national and regional retail chains, including grocery, drug, convenience, and mass merchandisers. Our platform accommodates free publications and single advertiser options.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist General Manager in the daily operations of the service center
Maintain clean and organized Distribution Service Center
Monitor and organize deliveries of free publications
Assist with securing and overseeing the services of independent contract drivers
Monitor and ensure quality delivery of free publications to community racks
Perform quality control audits of retail display racks weekly
Take and submit required pictures of retail display racks as requested
Maintain community rack, sign, and label inventories
Use of tools and warehouse machinery to complete tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Experience with route delivery preferred but not necessary
Must be physically able to lift an average of 50 lbs.
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile general liability insurance
Employee may be asked to deliver down routes on Fridays or Saturdays as part of their weekly responsibilities, additional days may be assigned
Saturday work schedule may be required from time to time
Vehicle allowance will be offered to offset fuel/other vehicle expense
