Position: Part-Time Mover

Job Description:
We are looking for Part-Time Movers to assist our management and eviction teams with moving tasks, including assisting tenants with relocations and handling eviction-related moving. This role requires physical strength, punctuality, and professionalism in a sensitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the removal of furniture and personal items during tenant relocations and evictions.
- Carefully pack, load, and transport tenant belongings to designated locations or storage facilities.
- Follow instructions from management and eviction teams to complete moves efficiently and respectfully.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and moved without causing damage to the property or belongings.
- Assist in assembling/disassembling furniture as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during sensitive situations.
- Perform light cleaning of vacated units after tenant removal.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to handle stressful and potentially emotional situations with professionalism.
- Previous moving experience (preferred but not required).
