Since we are a 24/7 service company, we expect our employees to be able to be on-call 24/7 except for scheduled time off. We all take part in taking turns being on call on weekends and holidays. You must live in the Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, TX area! Don't waste your time calling if you don't live close enough to be at the shop in 10 minutes when an emergency call comes in. The first thing you will be asked is , "Where do you live"? If you're not smart enough to understand this we certainly don't want to have you working here. We are willing to train the right individuals whether male or female. Got no problem teaching someone who wants to learn!
