Our groundskeepers are essential team members that maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment's community. The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes.
Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services per assigned schedule and according to policies and procedures inform manager of supply needs, keep storage area well and organized, and swimming pool cleaning on the daily
Requirements: Candidate MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
