Job Overview:
Are you enthusiastic about pursuing a career in powder coating? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Powder Coater Painters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in powder coating application and begin your journey in the coating industry. No previous experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing surfaces for coating by cleaning, masking, and performing basic surface treatments.
Learn to operate powder coating equipment under the guidance of experienced painters.
Follow instructions and guidelines to apply powder coatings evenly and consistently.
Participate in quality control activities by inspecting coated surfaces for defects and imperfections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
No previous experience required – we provide training for individuals eager to learn.
A interest in the coating industry and a desire to develop skills in powder coating application.
Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift as required by the role.
Effective communication skills and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
