Press Operator – Entry Level
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
Are you looking for a stable job where you can build new skills and grow with a company that values hard work? We’re hiring entry-level Press Operators to join our production team. No prior experience is required — we’ll train you step by step.
What You’ll Do:
Operate an electric press machine to mold rubber parts used in manufacturing.
Load raw materials into the press, monitor cycles, and remove finished parts.
Safely handle steel molds weighing up to 25 lbs (for heavier molds, use our overhead cranes).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Support production goals by meeting quality and efficiency standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Dependability — strong attendance and punctuality are a must.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. safely.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the company.
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is helpful, but not required.
Work Environment:
Shop environment is not climate-controlled: hot in summer, cold in winter.
Hands-on, physically active work with a supportive team.
