Allied Powder Coating has been in business for over 40 years providing High Quality Powder Coating application to customers across the nation. We serve industrial, commercial and residential markets in various capacities such as; patio furniture refinishing, fencing, fabricated steel products and so much more. The Production Manager at Allied Powder Coating is responsible for coordinating and directing all production activities at our facility. Additionally, the production manager would be responsible for overseeing project manager functions as well as communicating with our sales team to ensure that we meet delivery dates, provide a high quality product and that we hit our cost goals.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all production activities
Creating and Executing Production Schedule
Growing and maintaining a safe shop environment
Maintaining Environmental Compliance testing
Assessing and implementing cost cutting initiatives
Ongoing and New Hire Training
Communicating with Leadership Team
o Obstacles, Opportunities, etc…
Communicating with sales team on delivery dates and change orders
Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality
Overseeing maintenance on equipment
Resource procurement, monitoring and allocation
Other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Requirements:
College Degree and 5 years experience in managing production/process in industrial setting
o Or 10 years experience in managing production/process in industrial setting
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to read TDS and MSDS
Ability to read CAD or equivalent drawings from customers
Other Qualities:
LEAN
NACE CIP 1 or better
Compensation:
Base Salary
2.5% Profit Share paid Quarterly
