Job Description:
We are looking for experienced property preservation crews and subcontractors to join our network. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to complete work within client deadlines while following industry guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
Lock changes, rekeying, and lockbox installation
Lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping
Debris & trash outs (interior/exterior)
Winterizations & de-winterizations
Board-ups, securing, and minor repairs
Property inspections with clear photos (using apps like PPW, Pruvan, or InspectorADE)
Requirements:
Prior experience in property preservation preferred
Own tools, equipment, and vehicle
Smartphone with photo app capability (PPW.)
Ability to meet deadlines and follow work order instructions
