Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced Roofer/Panel Installers to work on PEMB projects across the region and beyond. This role includes travel to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal roofing and wall panel installation, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install metal roofing and wall panels on PEMB structures according to project specifications and blueprints.
Operate hand and power tools including drills, shears, and screw guns.
Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and sealing of panels.
Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Travel to job sites across Texas and other states as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in roofing or metal panel installation, preferably on PEMB projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but, not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
