Job Description:
As a Powder Coating Shop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in being a liaison between different shops and offices, overseeing and optimizing our powder coating processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our operations, while also maintaining a safe and productive work environment for your team. Key responsibilities include:
Equipment and Machinery Expertise: Be versed in the operation and maintenance of powder coating equipment and machinery on the production line would be a plus but not expected
Quality Control and Inspection: possesses quality control measures and can conduct thorough inspections to ensure that our products meet or exceed and client specifications.
Workflow Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance workflow efficiency, minimize downtime, and increase productivity.
Supervision and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, pay close attention to detail , work closely with your team, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure that safety measures are adhered to, and promptly address any safety concerns or incidents.
Materials and Inventory Management: Oversee the management of materials, supplies, and inventory to support uninterrupted production
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including production logs, quality reports, and following preventive maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
experience in a production environment, with a understanding of the powder coating process.
Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of powder coating equipment and machinery.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.

Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
