Lexus Concrete is seeking a dedicated Concrete Superintendent to join our team. We are growing and hiring a motivated individual. We are a turnkey concrete company for home builders throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. We specialize in foundations, driveways, sidewalks, etc. The candidate must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.
· You must have 2-year minimum concrete or construction knowledge/backgroundresidential homes
· Must be able to multitask, be self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Strong time management and problem-solving skills are key
· Reads blueprints and follows plans and materials lists to ensure project is executed accordingly
· Supervises crew members and carries out supervisory responsibilities to include planning, assigning, directing work in a timely manner.
· Salary is based on experience
