Looking for an experienced window cleaner. Must be a high quality window cleaner with attention to detail and have experience working with ladders inside and outside on high end homes up to 3 stories. Pressure washing and gutter cleaning experience is a plus. Must have own reliable transportation with willingness to drive within a 60 mile radius, show up on time, and provide quality work. Must have own window cleaning equipment and ladders, or be willing to eventually purchase them. Ability to work independently and interact with clients professionally, and effectively satisfy their window washing needs. Required to work as a 1099 contractor.
