Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience
Proven supervisory experience
Possession of own tools and reliable transportation
Clean criminal background and drug-free
Enthusiastic and clear communicator
Ability to read construction plans
Required experience in areas such as:
Painting
Drywall installation
Floor installation
Commercial door installation
Concrete work
Exterior/Interior construction
