3 - 5 years experience as bodily injury claims adjuster OR plaintiff's bodily injury case manager.

Knowledge of insurance coverage, contracts, claims handling guidelines, legal and medical terminology.
Evaluate policy coverage, contact clients, insurance adjusters, and medical staff to determine injuries stemming from an accident.
Plan and conduct investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and compensability. Including but not limited to interviewing parties involved, collecting and evaluating documentation and securing evidence.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with managing cases.
Record and update status notes electronically, including results of contacts and relevant medical reports.
Conduct negotiations to settle claims with insurance companies.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Experience with auto liability encompassing injury and property damage losses.
Ability to analyze information, such as medical records and legal documentation.
Negotiation and settlement skills.
Minimum of High School degree.
Detail-oriented organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment.
