Unique Player Development LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to assist with a range of legal matters related to property workouts, lender negotiations, and foreclosure defense. This is an immediate opportunity with flexible, remote-friendly options.
Responsibilities:
Review commercial loan documents and servicing communications
Assist with foreclosure prevention strategies and dispute resolution
Draft and send legal notices, reinstatement requests, and regulatory complaints
Represent or consult on commercial landlord matters, tenant contracts, and property law
Provide legal guidance on UCC liens, finance contracts, and lender compliance
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed to practice in Texas
Experience with commercial real estate law, foreclosure defense, and lender negotiation
Knowledge of Texas UCC, property codes, and related litigation procedure
Available for part-time, contract-based, or on-call consultation
Comfortable working with small business owners and managing urgent legal escalations
Compensation:
Based on experience; hourly or flat fee arrangements available
Must be able to start immediately or within 7 days
