Plaintiff's law firm seeks smart assistant to oversee file intake processes.
You must be comfortable doing the following:
- speaking with new clients
- requesting records from new clients
- organizing and overseeing client files
- investigating claims
- corresponding with clients
- possible screening of new cases
Some litigation experience preferred; Spanish bilingual a HUGE plus.
Starting rate $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Available 5 days per week; 40 hours a week.
We are looking for a self-sufficient hard worker looking to grow with the office.
